Hello everybody and welcome to what I believe is one of the easiest and most useful websites in the Real Estate industry.....mine of course!
Instead of having all this blah! blah! blah! about me and my company, which is great stuff, I decided to tell you about how to use this great site! And of course if you would like to read about me and my great company you can press the (ABOUT US) button.
Now, lets get with it!! As you notice to the left are buttons with the names of all our great locations that I service. Press which ever location you would like to see and a info screen will appear. Just enter what type of property like single home, lots, condos, etc. Then enter area, for example: Oak Island Beach is usually the 1st four rows, Oak Island Wooded is the rest of the island and of course Oak Island Mainland is just that, the rest will be by city name or island- vs.-mainland so watch carefully. Next, put in your price range, and then if you wish you can enter a subdivision. If you know you are wanting to be in a certain subdivision , just look under subdivision, and leave area out, because you may error in the town the subdivision is in! (Sometimes adding to much data may hinder the search process), so be brief, and you will get best results! If you know the listing # of a property you can also bring it up by entering the # in the space provided. Lastly, I entered maps for your viewing pleasure!
Additionally, the rest of the buttons are self explanatory like (TIDE CHART) & (CURRENT WEATHER). (MORTGAGE COMPANIES) button will get you the areas best financing for that dream home of yours! (CONTACT US) button will give you the opportunity to provide me with as much info. as you care to give in assisting me, in helping you! (FEATURED PROPERTIES) are properties that are my listings or super buys or just plain special, always a favorite button! (AREA INFORMATION)button will help you to make the best informed decision possible about schools, shops, restaurants businesses, and phone numbers for all! (COMING SOON) button keeps you up to date with all happenings. (LINK EXCHANGE) button is a chance to improve all our website scores!(FRIENDLY LINKS) button is a group of websites that you are going to want to link up with!
